In a good spot, close to Dotombori Glico Sign, we stayed in a newly renovated room with a pleasant view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hôtel was well centrées. Walking distance from major shoping aereas And transport.

The location is great, it is just a one or two minutes walk from the subway station. The location is central and we have a great shopping, dining experience during our stay. Apple store is just next to it and there is a jtb nearby. Namba is just a 5 mins walk away. The staff are friendly and the room is very clean. I will definitely go back there if I visit Osaka again. Size is not a problem for me.

The lift has an unpleasant smell, but not a big problem as you do not stay long in there. Would recommend 1 or 2 more hangers in the room . Also a coin operated washing machine and dryer would be great, as there are traveller who do not like others to wash their clothes.

Convenient location, close to metro, department stores, and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed and modern amenities. Short walk to popular attractions and easy access to transportation. a great choice for exploring the city.

Excellent location in the heart of the Shinsaibashi's shopping district.

The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Dotonbori. There were main shopping street and a shopping area around the hotel:)))

The rooms at Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi are simple yet cozy, making you feel right at home. The private bathroom is a great convenience, equipped with a shower/tub combo and complimentary toiletries.

While I enjoyed everything about my stay, some may find the 24-hour front desk a little too busy.

I've been here before and I'd totally come back. Everything was good, but some staff members weren't too friendly. Overall, a decent experience 🙂.

Execellent location just minutes away from subway station. Comfortable bed. Bathroom too small and towels look a bit torn and old.

We recently stayed at Hearton Hotel for 7 days, 6 nights and we had a wonderful experience. the staff, including the front desk officers and cleaning ladies, were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always kept clean and tidy. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel had ready umbrellas for us to use on rainy days. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main tourist spots and the vibrant nightlife of the city. Despite being a bit old, the hotel was well taken care of and maintained in a very clean condition. Our room, number 327, seemed to be a little wider than the others since it was located in the corner. the staff was kind and some of them even spoke English. In terms of cost-benefit, it was definitely the best option during Golden Week. And on top of all that, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the mirror in the toilet was heated, which exceeded our expectations. Cons: Nothing to be said. 😊.

We appreciated rooms for triple bed. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The location was particularly good and magnificent near to shopping mall. Moreover, it was adjacent to transport system and shopping destination, subway of Osaka station and eateries.

The hotel is in an ideal location for shopping restaurants and the train. Having the internet in the room was great.

Our bed was rather hard.
